REFUND POLICY

 

Returns 
Our policy lasts 14 days starting from the day you received your order. If this 14 day period expires, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you wish to return a product please contact us at returns@explicitpoets.com and we will guide you through the proccess of returning your order and getting a refund.

If you are located in a country outside of the EU, then you might be charged import duties or customs fees. In case you do not cover this expense and never receive the order you are not eligible to request a refund.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Promotional Bundles and Offers: For items purchased as part of a promotional offer, such as a “Buy One, Get One Free” (1+1 Free) deal, both items must be returned together to qualify for a refund. Partial returns of items from promotional bundles or offers will not be accepted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We will replace the sunglasses and cover all expenses, if they are defective or damaged apon delivery. If you need to exchange your sunglasses send us an email at returns@explicitpoets.com

Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

All free shipping thresholds apply to the net, post return, sum of the order. If part of the order is returned and, as a result, the net post return amount drops below the free shipping threshold for the respective shipping address, we reserve the right to charge the shipping cost related to the initial (pre returns) order.

Customs

For orders outside the EU, customs fees and import taxes may apply. Customers are responsible for covering these expenses. If not, the package will be abandoned and we cannot issue a refund.

Return Shipping Deadline and Tracking Requirement:
After your return request is approved, you must provide the tracking number for the return shipment within 14 days. If the tracking number is not provided within this period, the return will no longer be accepted, and a refund will not be issued. 

Restocking Fee
Please note that a five (5) Euro restocking fee may apply on each returned item in case that the returns refer to or exceed three (3) items per order. Returned items shall be sent back unused in their original packaging.
